The device is shaped like a dummy (aka pacifier) and you hold it in your mouth. You press the button and the lights come on. It will turn itself off once the three minute treatment time is over. I do find my jaw aches a bit holding the device between my teeth, but it’s only three minutes, so that’s not so bad. It would probably be better if I lay down for the treatment and let gravity give me a hand but I’m not great at sitting still. The treatment is painless and just feels a little warm.
I’ve used the device for several weeks, missing the odd day when I’ve been too busy. I think I’ve noticed some difference in the quality of the skin around my mouth. Maybe less lined and smoother.
