Angel Reese’s Bold SI Swimsuit One-Piece Featured Asymmetrical Cutouts; Get the Look For Less

After leading the LSU Tigers to the program’s first-ever NCAA women’s basketball championship in April, forward Angel Reese followed up her accomplishment by posing for the 2023 SI Swimsuit Issue. She was photographed by Yu Tsai in Los Angeles.

While the Baltimore native usually reps her team in a basketball jersey, Reese feels at home off the court in swimwear.

“I probably feel the sexiest in a bathing suit, actually,” she previously told SI Swimsuit. “I just feel like, I’m 6’3”, my body is nice, I work out a lot, so I mean, why not show it?”

One of two college athletes to pose for this year’s SI Swimsuit Issue (the other being LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne), Reese’s photo shoot was styled to reflect a playful, energetic, strong and confident aesthetic. The swimsuits she wore on location were brightly colored and included lots of fun textures and accents.

While Reese donned several incredible pieces at her 2023 photo shoot, one in particular stood out. The gorgeous, dark green cut-out swimsuit by Louisa Ballou was offset by golden ring detailing on the hip and bust and begs to be accessorized by jewelry in the same tone. Shop it—along with similar looks—below.

While the exact pair of circular golden earrings ($340) Reese wore by Louis Abel are currently sold out, any statement accessory in the same metal will make an impact.
