Man arrested in Chico preparing ‘Las Vegas-style’ mass shooting

CHICO, Calif. (KTXL) — A person was arrested Sunday right after the Chico Police Section stated it was told he was “preparing to dedicate a ‘Las Vegas style’ mass shooting with a specified deadline” and earning various felony threats from persons and regulation enforcement.

The police office reported it acquired evidence that Dallas Marsh, 37, supposed to commit violence explained to law enforcement and also that he was keeping at a motel in Chico.

In accordance to the police, Marsh was arrested at the motel all-around 8:50 a.m. Sunday with no incident but in the course of his detention built threats towards officers and strike an officer with a table.

In Las Vegas on Oct 1, 2017, Stephen Paddock fired a gun from his hotel space into a crowd below attending a concert killing 58 individuals.

The Chico Police Department explained Marsh is booked in the Butte County Jail on a no-bail felony arrest. Marsh is struggling with fees of criminal threats of death / fantastic bodily damage, battery on a peace officer and threats of violence against a peace officer.
