Making Getting Dressed Easy with Outfits in November

Making Getting Dressed Easy with Outfits in November

Getting dressed doesn’t have to be so hard. I always find it’s much easier when I find outfits already prepared. That’s why I every week, I put together simple outfit pairing that I can refer to when I have zero time to get ready. Here are all the outfits in November that I’m wearing. Prefer video? week of Nov 27

It’s all about stripes and sneakers this week. It’s much cooler in San Diego now. So I’m bringing out all my sweaters.

I’ve had this lightweight trench for years. It’s such a great staple! I love a 3/4 sleeve because it lets you show off your layers, like this new striped sweater.

This sweater is actually part of a lounge set. I simply swapped the pants for jeans and added a button down underneath. Since I’m a boy mom, I’ve been embracing a little more of a sporty style. Enter the baseball cap and sneakers.

These Adidas Sambas are so comfy that I can’t stop wearing them. Ditto to this oversized turtleneck. I paired it with the same jeans from look 1 and an army jacket with extra roomy pockets… because you know, mom life.

Week of Nov 20

Almost every Black Friday sale is already under way. In this week’s outfits of the week, everything Preston and I are wearing is on sale!

I’m all for classic outfits I can wear every season, especially since I live in California. You can never go wrong with a fitted sweater tank and cardigan. I love the long split sleeves on this one. And these are my favorite pants and my favorite loafers EVER!

You can never go wrong with a LBD… especially when it’s in a classic silhouette. I’ve worn this same dress in different colors with different sleeves for over a decade. It fits like a glove and creates an hourglass silhouette. To make it holiday, I simply tied some red ribbon from my wrapping in a bow around my ponytail.

I’ve had this top for years in black and blush. It’s one of my favorites and you can wear it with anything from jeans to skirts and yes, leather pants. These are on sale today only. I highly suggest picking up a pair!

Week of Nov 6

I’ve been living in these Adidas Samba sneakers. They’re so comfy! I’m pairing them with everything from faux leather pants to sweater sets. And I might go out for dinner this weekend. So I planned a look with heels. But if it doesn’t pan out, look #2 works equally well with, yes, sneakers (take a look at a similar monochromatic taupe look I wore with the jeans last week).

I live in white button down shirts (this one is actually a maternity shirt from when I was preggers). I like the contrast of the classic staple with trendy silver pants.

Sometimes the simplest looks are the chicest. Monochromatic outfits instantly make even just jeans and a sweater looks super luxe.

  • KNIT SWEATSUIT: AMAZON WEARING SIZE S

  • SNEAKERS: ADIDAS KIDS SIZE 6

I have so many more sets now that I’m a mom. They make getting dressed so easy! It’s still warm during the day in San Diego so I’m all about layering.

Week of Nov 1

The first week of November is technically fall. And the mornings sure do feel like it! But come noon it’s been almost 80 degrees. So this week, my outfits of the week are all about layering.

You can never go wrong with a classic white button down and jeans (this one is actually a maternity shirt I still wear!). I’m slowly getting into the ballet flats trend. These are under $100 and super comfy. And this sweater is from the affordable Amazon set I showed how to wear three ways in a previous reel.

If you don’t own a utility jacket I highly recommend investing in one. I’ve had this one for almost a decade! It’s a great light layer for tees or fitted sweaters like this cropped stripe one. And now I get the Adidas Samba obsession. They’re so comfy!

I’m all about monochromatic outfits. And I’ve been super into taupe recently. These jeans are really comfortable and I love how you can wear them with sneakers or flats.
