A WOMAN who experienced the horror of thinning hair and balding temples has reversed the process.
She put her hair success down to the steps she took to transform her tresses.
As a result, these days she has a mane to be proud of.
Fundamental to this process was what she described as the “powerhouse” behind her new hair growth.
TikToker Ally Blue (@growinfinity) demonstrated the effectiveness of her hair care by showing before and after photos.
The contrast was stark, but if anyone was going to help with hair loss issues, it should be Ally.

She has 17,000 followers on her TikTok, where she pledges to: “Help women reverse hair loss.”
“How I transformed my thinning hair from this to this,” she said in her post, using before and after photos.
She had a clear process and she demonstrated it for her viewers.
“Pre-wash oil mask with a deep tissue scalp massage two times a week,” she instructed.

She used a number of oils, including Castor, rosemary, peppermint, and lavender.
But it was the addition of a more modern type of treatment that really made the difference, she figured.
“Use laser therapy to stimulate growth and boost collagen, she said. “It literally saved my life.
“This is the powerhouse behind my new growth,” she stressed.
But this powerhouse didn’t come cheap.
On Amazon, these rechargeable laser caps for hair regrowth were selling for around the $749 mark.
But she had other cheaper tips for luxurious hair.
“Doing only heatless styles with silk scrunches and avoiding any heat.
“Started taking collagen and vitamin D religiously; switched from junk food to a whole food diet, rich in beef fat and fish oils,” she offered.
And finally, she stopped being rough with her wet hair.
Healthline looked into the effectiveness of laser therapy.
They said: “Because the results of laser therapy are inconsistent, the conclusion of the medical community seems to be that it appears to work for some people, but not for others.”
“But some studies have yielded encouraging results,” they added.
“According to a 2014 study by Trusted Source, low-level laser therapy appeared to be safe and effective for hair growth in both men and women.”
