My Review of Ipsum Best Skin Eye Oil Balm
This is the first time I have come across Australian skincare brand Ipsum, however, I was really keen to try this eye cream because I loved the look of the ingredients.
I love anything with Squalane and I was particularly interested in the inclusion of the Australian Banksia which promises to tackle pigmentation, dark circles and puffiness.
What I was most impressed with is the texture and how this feels on the skin. It really does have the most sublime texture. I love it.
It dispenses as a gel-like oil-balm, and then melts into a super light, creamy oil as you blend it in to the skin. It feels so hydrating and nourishing, and immediately plumps the surface of the skin and softens fine lines.
The Ipsum Best Skin Eye Oil Balm also features Bakuchiol which is a really gentle alternative to retinol and is proven to be very effective on lines and wrinkles.
I find that this formula imparts the skin with lasting hydration, and makes a lovely base for concealer. A little goes a long way too. If you are looking to try something a bit different for eyes, that delivers lasting hydration and is even suitable for sensitive skin, I think you may really like this.
